Cameron Scadding - Executive Chairman
Cameron Scadding is a Forensic and Analytical Chemist by training, an expert in his discipline with extensive complex investigation experience.
He has specific experience and possesses expertise regarding supply chain security and managing supply chain risks. With his extensive executive experience,
Cameron is a sought-after consultant and an experienced and respected business leader, with skills in packaging complex scientific approaches and technologies
for broad application in the market (commercialisation).
Cameron is a founder and the CEO of TSW Analytical Pty Ltd.; a Perth based scientific investigation service and technology company that has been operating since 2006.
He also serves as a Director of TSW Global (a global investment business specialising in technology commercialisation) and eReveal Technologies (a digital forensic and
e-Discovery software solution provider). Cameron has previously held senior research positions in both academia and the private sector, and served as a Director of a
not-for-profit sporting organization.
Anthony Shields - Director
Anthony Shields is a Director of Source Certain International and the current Managing Director of Asymmetric Investment Management Pty Ltd, a Perth-based investment manager specialising in private debt. Prior to Asymmetric, Anthony established and managed an investment portfolio for a large Family Office in Perth, Western Australia. He was responsible for asset allocation and portfolio management, risk management, investment and macro-economic analysis.
He currently sits on the Board of another Perth-based Family Office, advising on investment strategy and portfolio management. Prior to his family office investment roles, Anthony worked for Deutsche Bank in equity and derivatives sales and trading and prior to this for Macquarie Bank as an equity analyst and institutional equity sales and trading.
Rachel Scadding - Chief Operating Officer
Rachel Scadding serves as Source Certain International’s Chief Operating Officer, and is responsible for overseeing the efficiency of SCI’s operations, driving innovation and
development to ensure SCI is at the forefront of provenance technology, as well as maintaining the connect between Source Certain and its analytical partner, TSW Analytical.
Rachel has been a Director of TSW Analytical since 2008 and serves in an operational role as General Manager, Scientific Services.
She is a qualified Forensic and Analytical Chemist,
published author, and expert in the areas of forensic investigation, chemical analysis of trace evidence, and multivariate statistical interpretation. Rachel has also served as
Executive Director of Source Science and Technology Pty Ltd. Rachel holds BSc (Honours) in Forensic and Analytical Chemistry from Curtin University, Perth and continued within academia
to become an Associate Professor at the University of Western Australia’s Centre for Forensic Science (2009-2013). Rachel has served on the committee of the Australian and New Zealand
Forensic Science Society since 2006, and as Society’s Vice President in 2011 and 2012. Rachel is a Member of the Royal Chemical Institute of Australia, the Australian New Zealand
Forensic Science Society and the Royal Society of Chemistry.
Jenna Valentin - General Manager
Jenna Valentin serves as the General Manager for Source Certain International. Her primary responsibility is in the development, support and oversight of requirements relating specifically to the licensing and application of the technology, including communication and handling of technical information relevant to Source Certain International’s operations.
Jenna has held positions as a Scientific Officer and Team Leader of the Food Forensics division at TSW Analytical since 2009. She has extensive experience in the application of the TSW
TraceTM technology, with a specific focus on provenance establishment of food and food products. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chemistry, and a Bachelor of Laws LLB (Honours)
from the University of Western Australia, Perth.
Glenn McClelland - Consultant, North America
Glenn McClelland has over 35 years of experience as an entrepreneur focused primarily in food and agribusiness. Since mid-2013, Glenn has focused his efforts on the
commercialization of a food provenance technology, TSW Trace™ developed by TSW Analytical Pty LTd in Perth, Western Australia. With those partners, he co-founded
Source Certain International Pte Ltd. Prior to SCI, Glenn was a co-founder of M2P2 LLC, a leading hog production company in the US
that produced over 1,200,000 market hogs annually. He served as CFO of M2P2 until 2005 when he became M2P2’s CEO, a position he retained until he resigned in January 2012.
Under Glenn’s guidance, M2P2 became one of the top hog production companies in the US. By assembling one of the best management teams in the US, and then guiding this team
in the application of next-generation technology, processes and procedures in the areas of nutrition, genetics and production procedures, Glenn and his team created a
world-class production company. Prior to M2P2, Glenn was a co-founder of Mariah Foods, a pork processor with operations across two states, and served as Mariah’s CFO until 1995.
Glenn holds a Colorado CPA certificate, (non-practicing), and received his BA (Business Administration) from Kansas State University.
Eugene Tan - Consultant, Asia-Pacific
has over 28 years of senior management experience with several multinational corporations such as Van Leer, Alcoa, Monsanto/Cargill and with regional conglomerates such as GRD.
Eugene specializes in international business management, specifically international business development, by leading new market entries, deal negotiations, business restructuring
and crisis management. Throughout his career, the Singapore native has worked and lived in the USA, England, Holland, China, Japan, and Thailand. He held profit-and-loss responsibilities
for business operations in the Asia region including China, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, India and Australia during his
tenure with Alcoa, Renessen, and GRD. At the peak of his career, he oversaw turnover of US$ 400 to 450 million per annum.
His experiences include: President – Asia, Glenray Farms LLC; CEO – Asia, GRD Ltd. (formerly Australia ASX Listed based in Perth, Australia); Managing Director, Etan Resource
Development Pte Ltd; Managing Director Asia, at Renessen LLC; a 50-50 Cargill and Monsanto JV, based in Chicago; Global Development Director – S E Asia, at Monsanto; President –
Asia Pacific, ALCOA Closure Systems Division; Business Development Director – Asia SBU, with Royal Van Leer BV.
Eugene was the first person to introduce plastic closures for beverages to China in 1993. This was a first mover entry that enabled Alcoa Closure and Packaging Systems division
to enjoy a greater than 70% market share of all closure packaging material sales through today in China and Hong Kong’s high end beverage markets. Eugene joined Monsanto’s Life Sciences
Company and led business development teams from the Pharmaceutical, Food & Nutrition and the Agri Biotech business sectors for South-East Asia. He was promoted to Managing Director Asia
to lead Renessen LLC, a Joint Venture between Monsanto and Cargill in specialty crops and livestock solutions, for all its operations in Asia. He then led Renessen to become the first
single large-scale specialty corn grower in China using the “Contract Farming” concept he designed. Following this, many Chinese and foreign companies applied the same concept of contract
farming to increase the scale of planting in China. Eugene has helped many companies from the US and Japan to find strategic locations, set up greenfield projects, market positioning,
develop trade markets in Asia including China, Japan, Taiwan, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Indonesia and so on. Eugene holds an MSc in Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor,
USA and an MBA from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, UK. He was also a graduate from the Command and Staff College of the Singapore Armed Forces.
Bill Moody - Consultant, North America
Bill Moody brings over 35 years of combined experience in the food industry, production and marketing of
confections, information technology and software development. He spent 28 years in the retail food industry in a multitude of capacities including category manager, pricing manager,
financial cost billing analyst, director of retail services, manager of special projects, labor contract analyst, private label brands manager, store manager, and district supervisor.
Bill also served as General Manager for Enstrom Candies Inc., where he was responsible for all product production, product warehousing, product development, procurement, pricing,
and all retail store operations. Bill has extensive experience in business application development, having developed software tools for competitor pricing analysis, enterprise wide
activity based labor management, hair salon business management, microbrewery product production, and cleaning services management. He also served as the director of information technology
for Certified Ag Systems, where he developed a scoring system for the humane treatment of animals raised for slaughter. Bill is the architect of SCI’s Source Link software platform, which
is used to manage all source verification sampling endeavors. Bill holds a BA from Colorado Mesa University.
